CEFS - Comité Européen des Fabricants de Sucre

 

The CEFS represents and defends the interests of all European sugar manufacturers and refiners among the European Institutions (Council of Ministers, European Commission, European Parliament, Economic and Social Committee, etc.) and among different international organisations (FAO, WTO, etc.).

The Secretariat provides its members with all relevant information on the development of European legislation. It promotes dialogue and exchanges of information, participates in scientific research, carries out economic studies and arranges for the adoption of common positions whenever necessary. As a privileged interlocutor in relations with the Institutions, it endeavours to ensure that the unanimous positions of the European sugar industry are taken into account.

European Flour Milling Association

 

The European Flour Millers' association is the voice of the European flour milling industry both at European and international level. Current members are the national flour milling associations from 24 European countries. In representing over 90% of the milling capacity in Europe, it is able to reflect credibly and authoritatively the interests of the industry.

The association is Member of Consultative Committees of the European Commission, such as the Advisory Committees on the Common Agricultural Policy and Arable Crops.

The European Flour Millers' association have Observer Status to the Codex Alimentarius Commission.

FAMI-QS - Feed Additive and Premixture Quality System European Association

 

FAMI-QS Asbl is the Feed Additive and Premixture Quality System European Association.

FAMI-QS is a not for profit association (Asbl under the Belgian law), registered under #865715003.

The purpose of the association is to manage and co-ordinate all activities related to the EU Feed Additives and Premixture Quality System – FAMI-QS.

The association is therefore involved in the following tasks: establish, register and maintain the FAMI-QS system; rule the use of the code; set up adequate certification systems and co-ordination.
